A house built from local stone in the style of the Périgord, with a slate roof, steps leading up to the entrance and a small courtyard once belonging to a farm. It sleeps up to 7 people.

Entirely independent, fenced off and surrounded by meadows, the gîte is nevertheless not far from the road.

With a floor area of some 140 m², the gîte includes :

  • A living room with an open fireplace in Toulouse brick, exposed beams
  • A fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher
  • One attic bedroom for 2 people (double bed)
  • One bedroom for 2 people (double bed)
  • One bedroom for 2 people (double bed) + mezzanine for 1 person (single bed)
  • A bathroom with shower and WC
  • A family bathroom with corner bath, two washbasins
  • Separate WC
  • A washroom with a washing machine and dryer, ironing board with iron
  • Small cellar
  • Room with outside access, can be used as a garage

  • Sheets and linen not provided, sheets available for hire
  • Pets allowed: cats and dogs if well-behaved and not running wild
